Future Plans
As the Foundation’s grants grow in number and in size, we continue to look for ways to strategically address the problems facing Chicago’s families. In addition to responding to funding requests, we attempt to identify gaps in service and encourage organizations to design programs to fill those gaps. We also seek out partners and join collaborative efforts in order to benefit from other perspectives and make a larger impact. While these initiatives and collaborations span a number of issues, many of them focus on public school education and housing/homelessness issues.
