As executive assistant, Kayla Itschner provides administrative and scheduling support to Polk Bros. Foundation’s CEO and Board of Directors while helping ensure the Foundation’s office and day-to-day operations run smoothly. She joined the Foundation in 2021 after serving in executive and administrative support roles in both the nonprofit and private sectors. Kayla is passionate about creating organized, responsive systems that help staff and leadership focus on advancing the Foundation’s mission.
